Who can order contact lenses?
For ordering our products we provide you have in advance visited a legalized contact lens professional ( the most opticians have the education) for sight control and that you order only products admitted to you in the contact lens prescription. We also provide that you order products according less than 4-6 months old recipe. The use of the contact lenses shall never be begun by own consideration, but always under control of a professional. The installing of lenses to the eye and removing it are not an axiom nor easy to a beginner. Also the matter of handling and special hygienic belongs to the work of the optician / eye doctor in order to avoid health damages to the eyes!
 
Delivery fees
The cost for an order not containing care solution bottles is 4,90€ and shipments containing solutions 7,90€. The products are delivered direct to your mailbox or letter slit if it’s big enough. If not, you can pick them up from your local post office after you receive the arrival notification.
 
Return Conditions
The contact lenses and care solutions etc. requiring hygienic have14 days return right concerning only unopened carton-, glass, folio- or plastic packages.
 
The sunglasses, contact lens cases, cleaning product which can be sold without hygienic problems have 14 days returning right even if the package is opened.
 
Choosing the product
If you don’t know all the required values, you can try to solve them as follows:  
·        The diopter of the left eye is normally marked OS. -3.50
·        The dioptre of the right eye is normally OD. -2.75
·        BC- or curve is commonly a decimal number between 8.1 – 9.3. In most cases the values are ie. 8.4 or 8.6 or 8.7 or 8.9 or you card states s/m (=”8.4”) or f/m (=”8.8”). The value can also state Focus 8.7.
·        The diameter in the lenses is mostly standard. The main part of the lenses are manufactured in only one or two diameters with decimals 13.8 or 14.0 or 14.2 or 14.5. This means in practice that whatever your diameter is, the standard lenses can be delivered only in the manufacturers value.
 
The terms of delivery provide you have been in the control maximum 4 months ago. You are responsible for the health of your own eyes!
